Our worship service centers on Matthew 25:14-30, Parable of the Talents.  The Pastor approaches the parable from a unique perspective*.  Please note a correction in the sermon:  Rome destroyed the temple in 70 CE.  Sterling mixed up Rome/Temple a couple of times during the sermon.

* listeners are encouraged to “chase rabbits” by researching the fall of the Temple in 70 CE and/or the Jewish Revolt.

Proper 27a: Our worship centers on the first of a three part series on the 25th Chapter of Matthew (verses 1-13).

The service begins with a brief testimony by Chuck Pflugrath and also features a solo by Meade Skelton. Dean Miller’s stewarship testimony speaks to a powerful experience he had in Belize.
