EarthCraft Virginia’s Annual Sustainable Leadership Awards have been given to several local residential builders and properties in recognition of their dedication to the advancement of sustainable housing. Southern Development Homes was named Single Family Builder of the Year; a home on Chisholm Place, built by Promethean Homes was named Single Family Project of the Year; Community Housing Partners received the Multifamily Renovation Project of the Year for Greenstone on Fifth ; two homes built by Latitude 38 and one home built by Promethean Homes were named in the Top Ten Most Energy Efficient Homes of the Year.
